Turning 30 with Party Pieces

I am turning 30 at the end of May, and thought that I had better start planning my party now so that I could spread the cost. I decided to have a garden party like I normally do, but with some special touches.

I thought that this year I would buy plates and decorations to go with my theme, rather than the usual white plates and plastic cups of previous years. When it came to choosing my theme I had a choice; do I accept the end of my twenties with grace and have a sophisticated theme or do I enter my thirties kicking and screaming and have a party most little girls would be proud of. My choice was obviously the latter, and my theme was Flower Fairies.

I went onto Party Pieces, and brought the Flower Fairies Ultimate Party Kit, as well as some decorations to go with my theme.

Cake Toppers
£4.99
Table Toppers
£4.99
Butterfly Decoration
£1.99
Fairy Table Confetti
£1.29

As a nod to my age, I also got some pink balloons with 30 on them. No party is complete without balloons right?

The brilliant thing was that I bought all of my decorations through Give as you Live, so Party Pieces donated £3.18 to my favourite charity, NSPCC.
